Vintage Anime Action

This action will give your pictures a vintage anime look, with the overblown brightness, colour spill and noise.

To activate the action, click on the "Load actions" button and choose the file. After that, use it by clicking on the layer you want to use the action on and press the "Play" button in the Actions tab.
